How often do you re-stock or update your webstore?

We re-stock our webstore when we have new products or, at the very least, once a month. We try our best to update and keep on top of product quantities at the end of every week.

Where are your products made?

High Tea with Mrs Woo garments and goods are proudly made in Australia - mostly from our own studio workshop in Newcastle NSW.

Goods that we sell from other designers, artisans and makers are from different places and countries from where they come. We choose products that are crafted from small-scale, ethical, family-run, long-established and/or by thoughtful production means.

Do you custom-make?

No, we do not offer a custom-making service.

However, we do offer a Made-to-Order service with our designs. The styles and designs available for Made-to-Order are our existing patterns and grades with a consulted fabric option. No further size, shape or any other adjustments are allowed.

There is a Made-to-Order fee incurred for this service. Please contact us directly for further enquiry.

Do you do repairs or alterations?

We do not offer an alterations service and we only do repairs to garments and products that we have made ourselves.

If, within 7 days of your purchase you find a fault in a High Tea with Mrs Woo garment, we will repair it where we can or replace the garment. Goods are sent for repair at your own postage cost, and repairs are returned to you by High Tea with Mrs Woo.

What’s the best way to wash these garments?

The best way to care for your garments is by wearing, storing and laundering properly, keeping them clean and in good repair. Care instructions are attached to the garments but you can read more detailed information on our Garment & Fabric Care page.
